Eating the right foods.
When you are on a diet you need to make sure you eat the right foods. So im going to tell you the types of foods you should eat to lose weight.
  1. Whole grained or food that is unprocessed.
  2. Oatmeal.
  3. Fruits and Vegetables.
  4. If you want popcorn you should have plain, slightly salted popcorn.
  5. Wheat germ.
  6. Instead of white bread you should have wheat breads.
  7. Potatoes.
  8. Pitta Bread.
  9. If you want bagels you should have wheat bagels.
  10. Oats and Grits.
  11. Shredded wheat
  12. Corn
And any fruits that you want, any veggies you want to. This way you can eat healthy but not feel hungry all the time!!!
      1. Organic beef
      2. Bison
      3. Rabbit
      4. Cornish Hen
      5. Goose
      6. Emu
      7. Deer/Elk/Caribou/Moose
      8. Eggs

And You Can Eat Seafood To!!!!!!!!!

But remember these maybe health for you, you do not want to eat to much. That goes for everything. Also, there are more things you can eat while you are on a diet so do some more research, before you settle on one thing

One of the most common question with people is, should I lose weight, or even try? Well as you might have guessed,In this blog I’m going to tell you how you can lose weight with several types of diets you can go on. But before you do any of these please talk to a doctor. Also remember any sudden change in your diet can be dangerous! One of the way's is to do a cabbage soup diet, it is very cheap to be on but after a little while it might be challenging to stick to.
Another way to lose weight fast is to be on the Lemonade diet. But this is for people that have determination and will not give up. First, you need to drink 100 ounces of lemonade per day and you can break this up through out the day. Second, drink the saltwater flush in the morning right when you wake up, then drink the herbal laxative tea at night right before you go to bed. But, you can't eat anything while you are on this diet or else it will not work. You can only drink the lemonade, herbal laxative tea, and the saltwater flush. But you should drink some water while you are on this diet. And you might get dizziness, vomiting, or diarrhea, or feeling sick to your belly. But the diet is only temporary, and the diet is used with wrestlers. So if you want to start this you can, but while you are on this try to find a different diet. In a while I will list other types of diets you can do as well. 
    Being on diets doesn’t mean you have to cut out every food, you just need to watch how much you are eating. If you want a diet you can eat food, just eat 6 meals a day with a snack between meals. But the meals have to be small amounts, and so do the snacks. Also, you need to exercise but don't on the lemonade diet. And remember
Talk to a Doctor before starting!! And Ask how to go about that diet!!!!!!!
` If you want to lose weight safely which I recommend. Go to the weight room and work out for 60 minutes a day, or just be active for 60 minutes a day. And then eat a small meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Do this till you lose as much weight as you need!
